Information for Applicants
Because Friends of Man is an all-volunteer organization, our Application MUST be filled out by an agency on behalf of the applicant. We do not accept applications directly from applicants or from vendors.
Examples of Agencies:
- Social Services
- Social Security Office
- Hospital
- School
- Senior Center
- Clinic
- Agencies for Disabled People
- Nurse
- Health Care Agencies
- Church
Have someone from an agency call Friends of Man for an Application to fill out with you.
For example:
- Social Workers
- Eligibility Technician
- Food Stamp Technician
- Patient Advocate
- Teacher
- Counselor
- Principal
- Health Aides
- Clergy
- Therapist
- Home Health Aide
- Visiting Nurse
- Resource Coordinator
Note: Friends of Man does NOT help with rent, utilities, deposits, or any past bills. Applications MUST come from a referring professional.
